Caroline Marcello is a communications specialist with a big personality and authentic enthusiasm. Born and raised in Louisiana, she’s always had a heart for connecting with people. She learned at a young age that the best stories are shared over an afternoon cup of coffee or a good meal.
After earning her degree in Public Relations from Nicholls State University, she jumped into the world of TV news, spending five years as a reporter and a morning anchor at KLFY News 10 in Lafayette. Waking up before the sun, covering everything from crawfish festivals to breaking news, and bringing local stories to life quickly became her passion.
Now, as the Social Media Manager for Lafayette Travel, Caroline channels that same energy into showcasing the soul of Acadiana, its food, festivals, small businesses, and world renowned hospitality.
Caroline also co-hosts HOT 107.9’s Morning Show with DJ Digital and RV, where she brings laughs, lively conversation, and a dose of positivity to the airwaves every morning.Caroline’s vibrant spirit shines through her work.
