As an MMJ (Multimedia Journalist), Caroline did it all. From shooting, writing, editing, and reporting her own stories Caroline aired stories nightly. This taught her the importance of time management, quick decision-making, and staying calm under pressure. It was a fast-paced role that sharpened her storytelling skills and gave her a deep appreciation for every part of the news-gathering process.
